Welcome to Grampians - Amaroo Brahman Studs.  Brahman Stud Numbers 45 & 120 registered since 1961.  Owned and operated by  the Bauer Family of "Greendale" Tambo & "Glenariff" Stonehenge in Western Queensland.   We have been breeding brahman cattle for 50 years with our Grampians Stud being amongst a handful of the oldest registered studs operating in Australia today.

Aside from our stud operation we run a midsized commercial operation of 1200 breeders which is in the process of being expanded. We utilise other breeds of cattle including Charolais, Charbray, Santa Gertrudis, Droughtmaster, and Shorthorn genetics within our commercial herd which we feel gives us a balanced and realistic commercial approach which is lacking in many stud operations today.
